By offering a space for other integrative health care professionals to share their talents, people in our community benefit by having more options to reach their health care goals.

Pam has lived in Central Florida since 1977. She has been a science teacher, a community gardener, emergency room and hospice nurse, and a volunteer nurse for Habit for Humanity International. Pam has two grown sons and lives in the Sweetwater area of Longwood with her husband, Paul.

Dr. Nancy Chau, AP, Dipl. OM, RN
Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Herbalist
Owner – WAI Acupuncture and Integrative Chinese Medicine

Born and raised in Hong Kong where East meets West, Nancy has been deeply immersed in the rich environment of Chinese medicine. As a Registered Nurse in both Hong Kong and the United States, she has studied diseases caused by the disconnection between health and lifestyle, and she is passionate about using the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine to help her patients work with nature to achieve balance, health, and beauty in every season of their lives.

Chinese medicine is one of the oldest professional and continuously practiced health systems in the world, dating back 3,000 years. This holistic approach considers the “whole” person, including body, mind, diet, environment, emotions, lifestyle and exercise. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Chinese medicine’s emphasis is on prevention, treating not only the disease, but also its underlying causes, and harmonizing imbalances in the body.

Nancy is a licensed Acupuncture Physician and Herbalist who holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine. She is certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is also certified in AcuPoint Injection Therapy.  Nancy traveled nationwide and internationally to learn distal acupuncture, Master Tung’s system, and herbology. Her specialties are in women’s health, including infertility, internal medicine and cosmetic acupuncture.

Nancy is happily married to her husband Alex, and has two adult sons. In her spare time, Nancy loves cooking, gardening, and volunteering in her church.

Lana was born in Yogyakarta, Indonesia and lived there for 27 years. While there, she was very fortunate to have firsthand experiences in natural health. Herbal remedies brought to the village by the local medicine woman via back pack once a week was a way of life. The combination of reflexology, herbs, acupuncture, and massage are the Indonesian people’s regular practice to keep themselves healthy.

After settling in the USA, Lana became very interested in sharing her knowledge to heal others. Through Trinity College of Natural Health she became a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and Doctor of Naturopathy (DON). A field of Natural Health Medicine that teaches people which foods, herbs, and supplements contain the most beneficial nutrients to correct specific health concerns.

Lana’s love and passion to help people to feel relax, healthy and excited about Life led her to reflexology. After earning the title, Certified Reflexologist (CR), she opened Serenity Reflexology in 2017. As a Reflexologist, Lana can feel and treat areas on the feet that correlate to structures and organs within the whole body, speeding up the body’s natural ability to heal itself. While getting reflexology a client can opt to just relax, or have a discussion about their health and natural options. Lana is a true gift to our community.
